Gill Seyfang took her Comedy in the Classroom on tour again in January, to spread the word to the Higher Education Academy’s STEM teaching conference (it stands for Science, Technology, Engineering and Medicine).

The presentation went down fantastically well, enjoyed by dozens of people, and injecting a note of frivolity and fun into the proceedings. Comedy specs were in evidence, and Gill showcased the latest performances, and talked through the rationale for doing Theoretical Theatre, how to do it, and how they might think of adapting it themselves. Thanks everyone for the great reception and feedback!

Inspire to Succeed: Transforming teaching and learning in STEM was held at the University of Nottingham, 28-29 January 2016, and featured scores of boundary-pushing innovative and exciting higher education experts.
